New Congressional Budget Office estimates of the effects of the reform law indicate that 12 million people will be displaced from their current employment-based coverage and that exchanges will likely only have 5 million unsubsidized enrollees.  As we keep saying, this law just keeps getting better and better!

The IRS has interpreted the reform law to only require “affordable” insurance be available to an individual employee, not his or her entire family, limiting eligibility for subsidies for those people in plans with modest premium sharing for individuals but much higher ones for families.  Just the start of the disappointment.
