Human Longevity (now there's a name that hopefully won't be long-lived), I am not even going to try to explain their business but is basically risk prediction for individuals, is acquiring DoctorsForMe, which supposedly matches patients with the doctor who can best treat them.
Evive, which offers some kind of health management platform, has acquired WiserTogether, which gives patients treatment guidance. Evive will use the "r" in the acquired company's name to "revive" itself. Now that is funny.
Brain Lab, a vendor of digital medical technology, gets smart, as it intelligently acquires VisionTree, which offers data collection and patient management software, and 000hhhh, it's cloud based.
Gentem, which says it has a revenue cycle management software package to support physicians who want to practice independently, raises $3.7 million in capital. A twist is that the company will pay doctors the billed amounts upfront.
