Medtronic is acquiring Cardiocom, a provider of remote monitoring services, to support a push into disease management. The deal is valued at about $200 million.
The Advisory Board has entered into an agreement to acquire Medical Referral Services for about $11 million, adding to its expanding operational offerings for hospitals and health systems.
