e-MDs, the EHR vendor, has been acquired by PE firm Marlin Equity and merged with MDEverywhere.  So if you add e-MDs and MDEverywhere, do you have two MDs everywhere? Or maybe its subtraction or division, so you have e-everywhere?  Or multiplying--MD squared?
