It has been very hot in much of Europe, which masochistically kills itself by not allowing air conditioning. And we will have a hot spell in parts of the US this coming week. Of course the traditional media is all worked up about CO2 caused global warming. Except it isn’t warm everywhere, in fact it is quite cold in many places, but you won’t read about that. So I will give you the facts. Greenland is very cool, as is most of the Arctic. The usual summer melt hasn’t begun, in fact ice is still accumulating. You can read more about that here. You can see pictures of the ice extent in Antarctica and the Arctic, you can get raw temperature data, all kinds of stuff is easily available. And there are a number of websites which give more balanced analyses of what is occurring in climate.
