May 18–Strib working to undermine the leading Rep candidate for Governor. Trump is causing inflation, upsetting voters. A prayer meeting in DC is nothing but extremist Christian Nationalism, whatever that is.
May 19–Have we mentioned, ICE is terrible, inflation is awful, the Iran conflict is going really badly, there are bad tariffs, and Trump is really a dreadful person. That can sum up any edition of the Strib.
May 20—Trump is a racist for letting white South Africans immigrate to the US but keeping blacks from other countries out–no mention that one group is being racially persecuted while the other is a bunch of crooks. The complete scumbag of a Hennepin County District Attorney won’t prosecute criminals but is wasting a huge amount of money on prosecuting an ICE agent–a prosecution which is unconstitutional and will be dismissed. She also released a murderer from jail and paid him millions for supposed wrongful prosecution. And people wonder why crime in Minneapolis is completely out of control. Home prices in the Twin Cities are dropping–see the above item. No one in their right mind would live here. I am trapped, as are others, but those who aren’t flee.
May 21–The EPA is removing “forever” chemicals from some rules, just another Trump environmental disaster. Trump trying to help those wrongfully prosecuted after the January 6, 2021 incidents will encourage violence–this from the paper that routinely supports or minimizes violence against Reps. Desperate to find something that sticks against Trump, the Strib reprints a phony AP article about Trump stock trades. Trump has zero control over his portfolio, unlike members of Congress.
May 22–Fraud all over–the state Department of Education was encouraged by Walz to keep paying the lunch fraudsters. A leader of that fraud gets a long jail sentence and maybe she will come clean on Walz and Ellison and others’ involvement. And of course, the feds have to uncover yet more fraud in the state’s Medicaid program. Tuition at the Minnesota state university system continues to rise far faster than inflation; gotta keep paying all those political professors and staff who support Dems. THC is really safe, so it must be shocking to see that a Moorhead man had his daughter out pushing it to kids in school who then got sick.
May 23–Rep condidates for state offices get tough scrutiny, Dem faults get ignored. Reps are pushing back against Trump, funny how rarely we read about his constant political and legislative triumphs. The Minneapolis police continue to struggle with staffing and getting good facilities, but lots of money is available to help criminals.
May 24–Ken Martin, the former leader of the state Dems, now the national leader, is a complete dipshit. National Dems have figured this out and want him gone but some state Dems are protecting him. Fake asylum claims are being denied in Minnesota, which is a tragedy for the Dems voter fraud and taxpayer program fraud hopes.
