Here Is the Truth, Which Little Timmy Can’t Handle,

By January 10, 2026Commentary3 min read

Sometimes just simplifying things maybe will help the logic-constrained.

  • There are a lot of people in the United States who came from other countries in violation of the law; they are here illegally.
  • The federal government is solely responsible for immigration law and primarily responsible for the enforcement of those laws.  State and local law enforcement should be assisting in the enforcement of those laws.
  • Federal government law enforcement officers who are finding and detaining those who are in the country illegally are doing the job they are supposed to do; they are well within their responsibilities in the actions we are seeing around the country.
  • Most of the people being detained have committed other crimes and are often committing crimes in the US, including murder, rape, robbery and assault.  Many are gang members.  Many are turned in by the immigrant communities, who are preyed upon by these people.
  • If you don’t like the federal immigration laws, work hard to get them changed, but as long as they are the laws, expect the law to be obeyed and enforced.
  • It is a crime to interfere with federal law enforcement activities; including in regard to immigration laws.
  • It is also likely a crime to incite violence against federal law enforcement officers.
  • Disobeying an order from a federal law enforcement official is a crime.  Resisting arrest is a crime.
  • Attempting in any manner to assault a federal law enforcement officer is a crime.  Law enforcement personnel are permitted to defend themselves against assault.

Those are facts and when you apply those facts to the actions that took place in Minneapolis this week, it is obvious to anyone who isn’t just an extreme, left-wing, radical ideologue that:

  • The federal immigration and other law enforcement personnel were acting within their responsibilities.
  • Those who interfered with these federal law enforcement personnel were committing a crime and should be arrested and prosecuted.
  • Those who assaulted federal law enforcement personnel were committing a crime and should be arrested and prosecuted.
  • If you make a serious assault on a federal law enforcement worker, you should expect them to defend themselves and you bear the consequences for your actions.
  • Those who incite violence against federal law enforcement officials and who incite interference with their activities should be arrested and prosecuted.  Talking about you Little Timmy Walz and that preening incompetent jackass Mayor Jacob Frey.

Hope that clarifies the situation for everyone.  Feel free to share.

Couldn’t have said it better myself Kevin. I’m sorry that lady was shot and killed, but she put herself and the officer(s) involved in a situation where they had no choice.

Very well explained for those amongst us who “cant’ see the forest for the trees” or may have an agenda to obfuscate the truth and “trees” are used as a smokescreen.

There was a lady in our area from the Philippines who entered the country legally around the year 2000 and overstayed her visa. She had least one possibly two court orders to leave the country that she did not obey too. During that time, she had a traffic violation she was sited for. She was finally deported in the later part of 2025. It is my understanding it is against the law to knowingly provide employment, housing or in any way support someone that is within the country illegally.
How did she manage to live here almost 25 years without other laws being broken?
Of course, I live in a state that issued a CDL license with a real ID to someone that was in the country illegally and was wanted as a terrorist in his home country. Lucky for me my state is not quite Minnesota, at least yet.

Thank you Kevin. A stupid woman did not deserve to be killed. However, deserving it is irrelevant.
