This state is riddled with incompetence and fraud. The quality of life is declining, while the cost of government soars. We pay the highest tax rates and fees of almost any state in the country, at the state and local levels. Spending is out of control and the Dems who control most of the state feel no urge to do anything to rein it in. Meanwhile, led by our large Somali population, we have the most extensive fraud against government programs of any state. Literally billions of taxpayer dollars are being stolen, while the Incompetent Blowhard, Little Timmy Walz, and racist Attorney General Keith Ellison, don’t just look the other way, they encourage and facilitate the fraud, knowing that they will get their cut in campaign contributions or otherwise.
More evidence is found by looking at the food stamp, or SNAP, program in Minnesota. These numbers should tell everyone there is huge fraud occurring in this program, probably spearheaded by the same people leading the frauds against our other state welfare programs. Since 2018, then the jackass was first elected governor, Minnesota leads the nation in SNAP growth. Somehow, our state, which supposedly has such a strong economy and such low unemployment, went from spending $661 million in constant dollars in 2018 to $1.5 billion in 2023. That 128% growth is the second highest in the country. Of all households, 11% participate in the program, many likely fraudulently, higher than 36 other states. The average benefit has risen 66%, the second highest in the nation. The average monthly food stamp benefit is $429, the 5th highest in the country. And annual administrative costs are almost $750 a year per household, which is higher than in 41 other states. As I said, Minnesota leads the nation in incompetence and fraud. (CAE Post)
Then there is the ongoing disgrace of Minnesota’s education system. One of most expensive in the country, reading and math scores have plunged over the last decade. We are far behind states like Mississippi and Louisiana. We do great at political indoctrination, but not anything else. The ACT test measures high school students readiness for college. In 2025, 36% of Minnesota’s students couldn’t pass even one benchmark and only 39% met sufficient benchmarks to be consider college-ready. Of course during former teacher Fat Timmy’s reign, those scores have declined. The fact that this idiot was a teacher tells you all you need to know about education in Minnesota. Meanwhile, high school graduation rates are high, as schools just pass everyone along, with no regard for whether they actually have learned anything. (CAE Post)

If anybody was actually starving it would be on every news cast. You also never hear that the kids get free breakfast and lunch in school. All these people getting free food just spend their food money on other luxuries they don’t deserve.
Move down to Iowa, Kevin. Once you cross that state line, you’ll be in a much better place in many ways. You’ll still be close enough to visit friends and family to tell them what they’re missing like fiscal sanity, school choice and Constitutional carry gun laws. Just avoid Iowa City because it’s run by Tim Waltz clones.
What you’ve written is, no doubt, completely accurate…but depressing. With a nearly 40 trillion-dollar national debt, this country should have streets made of gold, and yet, we have next to nothing to show for it.
Meanwhile, in NYC, we have a socialist Muslim mayor, a short 25 years after radical Muslims took down the World Trade Centers (I’m not a 9/11 “Truther”). I fear creeping Islamism more than socialism, as Islam has existed in roughly its current form for over 1500 years, while socialism and communism ultimately fail everywhere they’re tried.
