The Anti-Strib, March 26, 2025

By March 26, 2025Commentary2 min read

Let’s see what misleading stories the Strib fed readers today.  Please note that the Strib’s staff doesn’t write most or even very many of the front section stories.  Instead the Strib editors rely on leftist reporters from the NYTimes, the Washington Post and AP.  So we see that Trump pushes big voting changes, supposedly based on his false claims about past elections.  There is voting fraud in the US and in some cases it might be enough to change the outcome.  The fraud would be easily fixed but one party commits it and benefits from it.  All elections should be conducted like Florida’s–done easily and quickly and results are known the day of the election.

Trump officials carelessly included a reporter on a messaging app about the Yemen strikes.  That was kind of stupid but compare this to the coverage of Bidementia’s family selling secrets and influence to China and other countries.  Minneapolis property value drops, especially for business buildings, meaning homeowners will pay more.  When you make a city unsafe and crazy, businesses will leave.  Some will homeowners.

State workers were told they have to show up at the office a horrifying 50% of the time.  Can you imagine the stress, the pain.  Now the sad thing is, they won’t do any more actual work in the office than they were doing at home.  Government is completely out of control in Minnesota and there is no oversight of what is actually being done.

Musk is ruining Social Security.  Actually, he may make it more likely it exists for today’s workers.

By September, they will go back full time. As they should. This is a slow ramp up. It’s all being done because of the Gold Line Rapid Transit and a failing downtown. And the fact that Walz the administration caused the Lunds Byerly’s to close by keeping state workers at home. It was one of the few good things about that part of downtown (certainly not DHS). Sawatdee is another (is that even still there?). I hear they are bringing jn the union but it will do no good. MAPE is not strong.

Hey Kevin…it was fun to be with you during those early days. It was an interesting time and although the graphs/charts I sent you were quite crude and rudimentary, I found them interesting to create and provide to you during the first weeks and months. I am glad you continue to be a “skeptic”. Take care.
