Tim Walz, the Gift that Keeps on Giving

Republicans have to be so happy that Harris was stupid enough to select someone who she thought wouldn’t upstage here, but she completely failed to do any vetting of his real character and background.  It is exhilarating to Minnesotans who have had to live with this lying jackass to see some media do the job the Star Tribune and our local TV stations wouldn’t–report the truth about this clown.  Every day a new lie to puff up his resume and character, which are in fact abysmal, which is why he lies.  The latest is his fabrication of why he ran for political office.  (WE Story)  And now his own brother, Jeff Walz, check him out on social media, has made it clear his brother shouldn’t be in any office, much less vice-President.  His brother undoubtedly knows what kind of scumbag his brother actually is.  The schadenfreude is delightful this time of year.

My only concern is that so far people have focused on the lies he told to puff up his life story.  Those are important and character revealing, but more important is the policy lies he tells, and he tells those all the time as well.  Like that electricity will be cheaper as he puts coal, gas and nuclear plants out of business.  Like that children will die if he doesn’t let them get sexually mutilated at any age.  Like that he cares about minorities as he created the highest minority chronic absenteeism from school rate in history.  Like that he cares about families, as he kills babies up to and after birth, makes education about indoctrination and makes everything so expensive that families can’t afford to live in Minnesota.  Like that Minnesota is a good state for business, as jobs and businesses flee the state.  The only economic and job growth in Minnesota is in the government sector.  And so on, so let’s give some attention to those lies as well.
