Global Climate Hysteria Is Pretty Funny

Because parts, not all, but parts of the US are having a hot summer, and we all know the US is the only part of the world, the climate hysterics are going loony-tunes and doubling down on dire predictions.  Unfortunately for them, many parts of the world, including where I currently am–Southwest England–are having a very, very cool summer.  Russia is having snowstorms now.  And the heat that does exist has nothing to do with CO2 levels.  It is part of a natural long-standing cycle involving the equatorial region of the Pacific Ocean, perhaps coupled with geothermal warming, and of course, the after-effects of the Tonga eruption, in which an undersea volcano had a massive explosion which injected an astounding amount of water vapor into the atmosphere.  Water vapor is the most potent greenhouse gas–it is the most efficient trapper of heat.  This post covers a lot of the recent climate hysterics nonsense.  (ZH Post)

I fully expect that within a few years, we will be in quite a cold cycle, which of course those attempting to demonize fossil fuels will somehow blame on CO2.  For those interested in a more rational approach to climate issues, review this slide deck.  (DDP Slides)

And if you want to know why billionaires spend so much money pimping climate hysteria, it is because they make billions on so-called renewable energy, particularly wind and solar.  This is a massive scandal, as public energy policy has literally been purchased by a few billionaires and their companies who are making a fortune while the public pays vastly more for electricity and faces extensive blackouts.  (Bryce Post)
