Overview Chart, September 17

Things basically moving together, except for deaths.  I am convinced that if we had date of event accounting for breakthroughs, a lot of current events would be in that category.  The state is obfuscating and delaying reporting to minimize the scope of the issue.  Thanks to Dave Dixon.
