Active Cases, September 8

Thanks to Dave Dixon a quick update on active cases.  A reminder, this is our best estimate of the number of people in Minnesota who are actually likely to be infectious at any one time.  The more infectious people, the more cases are likely to grow and vice versa.  Appear to be on the downswing right now, but watch out for the dreaded State Fair and back-to-school spikes.
