When I say the DOH is lying about this, the reason is that this is their data, which they either are too incompetent to look at or they just want to lie to terrify people.

It is the latter. There is no reason to test healthy people but to terrify them, and by terrifying you encourage them to come get tested thus driving the feedback loop of terror.
To clarify the hospital and icu admissions listed are for just COVID or anything ?
They are supposedly just CV-19, as reported by DOH, but remember that even DOH has acknowledged that a lot of these are people admitted for another reason and who then happened to test positive for CV-19. Not there for treatment
