I just want to thank everyone who responded to my request for help. It was overwhelming and I got what I needed several times over. Will take a while to incorporate into the analysis. Really a testament to how many smart people there are out there taking the time to look at and think about this epidemic rationally.
I just can’t say thank you enough. I know some people are careful about being identified, and I don’t blame them after some of what I have gotten. So I am going to use initials and say thank you to everyone I may have missed or forgotten, but B.E., D.D., D.I., D.K. & S.K., C.G.
