I saw this and was sure it was an Onion or Babylon Bee item. As John McEnroe used to say: You cannot be serious. The Governor of Maine has apparently ordered that restaurant servers wear dog cones while working. (Maine Story) I would be curious about the science behind this. My pool of witty remarks is exhausted. What the hell has happened to our democracy that we are allowing individual politicians, who are largely Incompetent Blowhards, to do this to us.
