On Saturday the Strib had a great day. The top headline says that the state won’t give its voter rolls to DOJ, which will ultimately get them. The state’s voter rolls are used for federal elections and the US DOJ has every right to see those rolls and investigate them, in fact, could do so even if they were only used in state elections as there are federal laws that broadly cover state corruption. The Dems control every state office and the Secretary of State claimed he wasn’t turning the data over because he wasn’t sure why there were wanted. Since he has been actively involved in Minnesota’s voter fraud, he knows exactly why they were requested and what they will show–massive enrollment of non-existent and illegal voters. The Strib of course refers to “false” claims of fraud in voting, but if Minnesota is so sure its voting is all above board, why hesitate to demonstrate that. Somewhat hilariously, the article also quotes the general counsel for the Secretary of State, who is about to get his ass handed to him by a federal judge, as saying our elections must be great because we have such high voting rates. Well, if you are making up voters and ballots, yeah you will get a high voting rate.
Then the paper finally gets around to addressing the most recent examples of state program fraud, with a headline that refers to it as “GOP Criticism of Walz”. I am curious who else but Fat Timmy might be responsible for the fraud. Further down in the article, buried in a back page, although there are increasingly few pages of the paper to wade throught, we learn that even some state Dem legislators are frustrated with the Governor’s cavalier attitude toward fraud, and frustrated with his failure to support legislation that would strengthen investigative powers. Little Timmy does not want the fraud stopped for the obvious reason that he benefits from it. He claims he will propose new measures, but don’t hold your breath.
An Indian tribe that owns a casino is being discriminated against in regard to hook up of a solar array to the grid. You have to read to the bottom of the story to learn that the same policy on size of an array is applied by the utility to everyone, but because the Indian casino owners contribute a lot to Dems, they complain to the regulators and get a story like this.
In another utility story; also hilarious for its logic, Dems may use growing utility bills as a campaign issue. Uhhh, the bills are higher because Dems have forced use of very, very expensive solar and wind power. Now they claim that stopping subsidies to those sources will make electricity more expensive. No, it should make states go to gas and nuclear, which are far, far less expensive and more reliable.
Minnesota is lawless, and another example is street racing at extremely high speeds, which is never stopped, although obvious as it is occurring. Two more people were killed in crashes from these events. Minnesota’s homeless are everywhere and residents aren’t happy. The state spends a lot of money on the problem, which guess what, mostly ends up in fraudsters’ hands. Another great example of our crime problem, in broad daylight two men stole an expensive dog while it was being walked by its owner.
