The Anti-Strib, April 23, 2025

By April 23, 2025Commentary3 min read

The Strib makes official what we have always known, it is just a pathetic imitation of the NY Times; as the Strib hires its new chief editor from that once-glorious, now infantile rag.  So we can expect even more bias instead of journalism, no attempt to actually investigate anything, selecting news stories solely on the basis of whether they help or hurt Democrats, poor writing, horribly ill-reasoned editorials.  I don’t know what the hell Glen Taylor is thinking, as his paper slowly circles the drain, losing money by the bucketfuls.

State sues over “anti-trans” orders.  Which is hilarious because Keith Ellison, who brought the suit, is a member of a religion that is profoundly homo and trans-phobic.  But note once more, and this is what is really important to understand, because the whackos know that they what they believe and propose is so profoundly anti-common sense, they constantly seek to “reframe” those policies.  This is the relativity theory of politics–try to change the frame of reference to make it seem like reality is different than it is.  What the Trump administration has proposed is actually pro-children, pro-family.

So the headline should say:  “Walz and Ellison sue Trump to stop orders protecting children from delusional ideology.”  What the whackos want to do is tell children they were born in the wrong body, that if they behave a certain way, they are a different sex than they were born.  Can you imagine anything more dis-affirming and frightening to a child then to hear this crap?  It is about the whackos attempting to sexualize and recruit children into their delusional cult.  And they should all be imprisoned for life.  And the people who fight this bilge should be celebrated as heroes.

We have seen a series of stories celebrating the recently deceased Pope, as far as I can tell, solely for the fact that he endorsed the whacked ideology instead of upholding the principles of his own religion.  Not a word anywhere to be found about our local District Attorney refusing to prosecute terror-spreading vandals, while she will charge any police officer anytime for anything.  This state is an embarrassment and the Strib is an accurate reflection of that.
