The FBI has become just another tool for ideological whacked Dems and has lost its mission as the fighter of serious criminal organizations and foreign spies operating in the US. It spends more time investigating environmental crime, uppity parents and mythical far-right Christian Nationalists. And it is apparently happy to join the roster of federal agencies willing to pervert data for the Bidementia administration. Last year it dropped 2022 crime statistics supposedly showing a drop in crime, which of course senile Joe and dumb Kamala took credit for. Everyone in the country knows that crime isn’t down, people have just given up reporting it because there aren’t enough police to investigate it all, criminals don’t get arrested, don’t get prosecuted and certainly don’t get put behind bars, where they belong for an extended time.
And the National Crime Victim Survey, which is a far more credible source of data now, shows that in fact crime is continuing to rise. Well the FBI very sneakily, but not quite sneakily enough, tried to revise the 2022 data without anyone noticing. Now, why would they do that? Maybe because the revisions found that in fact crime had gone up in 2022, including murders, rapes, serious assaults, etc. Curious researchers checked and found the changes, unprecedented changes; going back 20 years there have never been revisions close to this size. Now the 2023 data was released last month, and because of this revision to 2022, the supposed drop in crime in 2023 isn’t nearly as large. But what possible reason do we have to believe the initial 2023 data? My guess is that crime actually rose again in 2023 and that revisions showing that will also be hidden from the public.
