This is the trend in our culture and it doesn’t seem to have any end. Every thing is consolidating and centralizing control. It’s not a good trend overall. Retail grocery chains, medicine and on and on. This may be more efficient in pharma, but consumers will not see any of the gains. The profit will go to the directors, execs and if lucky, the shareholders. And more than ever, the big companies have figured out how to use government to strangle the smaller competitors. We really need more competitive forces at work. It’s a Mel Brooks situation. Hope for the best . . .

I am avowed capitalist but this seems like a security risk. Allowing this kind of scale private control of our pharma needs is concerning. They may as well have sold to China. I looked at the about us – seems like a Silicon Valley company grabbing up a comoany to automate it. Ok that will leave our seniors in the dust. Our society is already leaving any non tech person behind. And many millenials and gen z don’t give a whiff.
