Update by Dave Dixon, you see the regional patterns and can compare them.  Southeast and Southwest, as with last year, got whacked pretty good.  The Northeast and the Midwest need to watch out right now.  And several areas were a couple weeks delayed in their case bumps this year compared to last.  Weather?
