The Effect of Vaccinations in Minnesota, Part 3, Proportions

By April 5, 2021Commentary1 min read

This last animation shows the proportion across age groups of cases, hospitalizations and deaths over time, and again you see the effect of rising vaccination rates in the elderly on hospitalizations in that group with a lesser effect on percent of cases.  And again, on all these animations, remember the oddities of data reporting and the typical lag from infection to hospitalization to deaths, so we should see the effect on cases first, then hospitalizations, then deaths, if we had good reporting on the actual dates of events.
